SAFETY

SAFETY
Holding valves: Safety valves included in hydraulic cylinders locks the system in case of hose damage or any hydraulic system failure.
Hydraulic hoses and platform leveling system installed inside boom for protection (according to ANSI A92.2-1990)
MI Model: Electrical insulation. These lifts are tested for a 46kV and below Category C rating.
MECHANICAL SYSTEM
Leveling system: is fully automatic by aircraft cable and parallelogram
system.
Rotation: achieved by a pinion gear mechanism. The gear box has heavy duty steel worm and ring gears enclosed in an oil bath. With the help of a hydraulic swivel joint, rotation is continuous.
BOOM ACTION
Lower boom articulation: -5º to 81º
Upper boom articulation: -81º to 65º
